Learn how to use the SoshiaConnect web portal to manage your account, subscriptions, and access shipping routes.

Portal Overview

The SoshiaConnect Portal is your web-based control center for managing all aspects of your account.

Getting Started with the Portal

Creating Your Account

  1. Navigate to Registration

  2. Fill in Your Details

    - Full Name
    - Email Address
    - Organization Name
    - Number of Users
    - Password (minimum 8 characters)
    - User Type (Partner, Business, etc.)
  3. Verify Your Email

    • Check your email for verification code
    • Enter the OTP code
    • Click "Verify"
  4. Complete Your Profile

    • Add additional information
    • Set up your preferences
    • Configure notification settings

Logging In

  1. Go to https://soshiaconnect.soshianest.ai/login
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. Click "Sign In"
  4. If enabled, complete two-factor authentication

Managing Your Profile

Accessing Profile Settings

  1. Click your profile icon (top right)
  2. Select "Profile" or "Account Settings"

Editable Information

  • Full name
  • Organization details
  • Contact information
  • Mobile number
  • Password

Updating Your Profile

  1. Navigate to Profile section
  2. Click "Edit Profile"
  3. Make your changes
  4. Click "Save Changes"

Changing Your Password

  1. Go to Profile → Security
  2. Click "Change Password"
  3. Enter current password
  4. Enter new password
  5. Confirm new password
  6. Click "Update Password"

Browsing Shipping Routes

Route Browser

  1. Navigate to "Routes" or "Browse Routes"
  2. Use filters to narrow down:
    • Origin port
    • Destination port
    • Carrier
    • Service type
    • Availability

Viewing Route Details

  1. Click on any route card
  2. View comprehensive information:
    • Route name and code
    • Origin and destination
    • Transit time
    • Available periods
    • Pricing information

Route Hierarchy

  • Routes are organized by:
    • Geographic regions
    • Carriers
    • Service levels
    • Report types

Managing Subscriptions

Viewing Active Subscriptions

  1. Navigate to "My Subscriptions" or "Active Routes"
  2. See all your active route subscriptions
  3. View expiration dates
  4. Check subscription status

Subscribing to a New Route

  1. Browse and Select

    1. Navigate to Routes
    2. Find desired route
    3. Click "Subscribe" or "Get Access"
  2. Choose Subscription Term

    Options:
    - 1 month
    - 2 months
    - 3 months
    - 6 months
    - 12 months
  3. Review Pricing

    - View base price
    - See discounts (if any)
    - Review total cost
    - Check what's included
  4. Complete Payment

    - Enter payment details
    - Review order
    - Complete checkout
    - Receive confirmation

Managing Existing Subscriptions

  • Renew: Extend subscription before expiration
  • Upgrade: Switch to longer term for better pricing
  • Cancel: Stop auto-renewal (access continues until end date)
  • View Details: See usage and analytics

API Key Management

Creating an API Key

  1. Navigate to API Keys Section

    Dashboard → API Keys → Generate New Key
  2. Configure Your Key

    - API Key Name (e.g., "Production Key")
    - Associated Username
    - Permissions (if applicable)
  3. Save Your Key

    ⚠️ Important: Copy and save your API key immediately!
    You won't be able to see it again.

Best Practices
